The CoSTEY Teacher Dashboard provides tailored spelling activities for each student in your class based on automated CoSTEY Assessment error analysis. This innovative and comprehensive suite of research-based activities is directly mapped from the CoSTEY error analysis data for your class.

CoSTEY Dashboard Q&A Spell Health Check dates for 2025:

- Monday 28th July 3:45 to 4:45pm AEST
Each component of the CoSTEY Dashboard Supplement will be released in phases. The first release is the CoSTEY Dashboard Supplement: Ph (Phonological component), for implementation in 2025. All three CoSTEY Dashboard Supplements will be available for implementation from 2026.
How it works:
- Contact us (email) so that we can assist you to set up the Student IDs for the CoSTEY Online.
- Students complete the CoSTEY as per the protocols outlined in the CoSTEY Manual (typically, using pencil and paper because the typing skills of your students may not be sufficiently fluent).
- The class teacher accesses the Online CoSTEY to enter each Student ID, and carefully enters the words that each student has written.
- A school contact person then requests the CoSTEY Error Analysis Reports with accompanying teacher CoSTEY Dashboard Supplement. The school receives access to the CoSTEY Error Analysis Reports and the accompanying CoSTEY Dashboard Supplement (usually in about 2-3 business days).
Copyright: Each class accessing an online test is required to have a print manual. Sharing a print manual across classes is not permitted, as per the licencing requirements for the CoSTEY manual.
- An CoSTEY Online is required to be purchased per class being tested.
- The CoSTEY Online can only be used with the accompanying manual (The Components of Spelling (Early Years) – Instruction and Assessment for the Linguistic Inquirer)
