Ongoing licencing requirements:
The Whittlesea North/South SP team may use the manuals to assess:
- up to 30 students each year using the CoSTEY; and/or
- up to 30 students each year using the CoST.
Those students are to be identified and/or supported by the Whittlesea Student Support Services in the North East Metropolitan Area | North Western Region, Department of Education VIC.
To meet these licensing requirements, a staff member from the Whittlesea North/South SP team is required to email a record of the number of students who have completed the CoSTEY and/or CoST at the end of each school year. Please use the following format to record the details:
